Hunger in Maryland is a comprehensive study conducted every four years by the Maryland Food Bank in conjunction with Hunger in America (a national study conducted by Feeding America). Hunger in America 2006, helped Feeding America advocate successfully for public policy initiatives like increased funding to SNAP benefits and other government aid programs.
